This is a test of the MckLinky "Create a Story" tool. It's a fun way to interact with your readers. You can choose a theme or topic, or just start a story and see what happens!
You begin the story in your blog post, then ask the readers to continue the story by adding on to the end of the story (the list). Lots of fun!
Tip: you can watch the story as it grows, and occasionally jump in with your own entry to either steer the story in a certain direction, or stir up the creativity.
Story: The Man With the Green Shoes
Theme: A mysterious man with green shoes ends up teaching a great lesson to someone who never expected it.
I first saw the man walking briskly down the sidewalk in our small town. He seem to be headed nowhere but obviously determined to get there anyway. His shoes were green, made all the more obvious by his white pants. Fashion wasn't apparently the point given the curious flannel shirt that finished off the look.
He carried something under his arm but I couldn't see exactly what it was. As he approached the intersection, what happened next was nothing short of astonishing...
(Okay, now it's your turn... use the MckLinky Create A Story below to continue the story)
